1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between bktk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "you", "your") who registers an account or accesses any service offered through the bktk website at https://bktk.io.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on the bktk platform, including but not limited to: sports betting markets, live in-play wagering, live casino games, slots and crash games, promotional bonuses, loyalty programmes, and all payment services conducted in Bangladeshi Taka.

bktk operates as an online entertainment platform providing sports betting and casino services to eligible members in Bangladesh. The platform operates in English and all formal communications, terms, policies, and support interactions are conducted in the English language.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the bktk Privacy Policy and the bktk Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between bktk and its members. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of bktk services, including placing bets and making deposits, you must create a registered member account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporate or legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number accessible via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay as applicable.
• You may hold only one registered bktk account at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person.
• You must not register an account if you have previously been excluded or suspended by bktk under a self-exclusion request or disciplinary action.

bktk reserves the right to request documentary verification of the information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending review.

2.1 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of bktk's Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, members may be required to submit identification documents including, but not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. bktk will not process withdrawal requests for accounts that have not completed satisfactory KYC verification where such verification has been requested.

3. Age Verification

bktk enforces a strict minimum age policy. You must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit funds, or place any wager on the bktk platform. This restriction applies to all products and services without exception.

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bktk employs age verification procedures during the registration process and may request additional documentary evidence of age at any point during the life of the account.

If bktk has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered member is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended. Any deposits made by an underage member will be returned to the originating payment method, less any amounts already wagered. Winnings generated by an underage member will be forfeited in full.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bktk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bktk does not process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bktk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following mobile financial service providers:

• bKash — instant deposit and withdrawal
• Nagad — instant deposit and withdrawal
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — deposit and withdrawal
• Upay — deposit and withdrawal

bktk does not currently accept deposits via international credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfers to foreign accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bktk; however, the limits of your chosen mobile financial service provider will apply. Deposits are credited to your bktk account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds. bktk does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by your mobile financial service provider are your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bktk aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 to 60 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional account verification is required.

bktk reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the total withdrawal amount materially exceeds previous activity patterns on the account.

Withdrawal requests for accounts holding active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements may be declined or adjusted in accordance with the bonus terms applicable to the relevant promotion.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the bktk platform. Sport-specific rules are published separately within each betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 Placing Bets

A bet is not confirmed until the platform has issued a bet confirmation reference. Members should not assume that a bet has been accepted solely on the basis of entering selections into the bet slip. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the member should contact bktk customer support immediately with details of the attempted transaction.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account status and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of wager placement. bktk reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where it deems this necessary, including in cases where a member has demonstrated consistently positive expected value exploitation across markets.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by bktk in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed; the event is not completed within the time period specified in the applicable market rules; an obvious pricing error has occurred; the event outcome is subject to a formal dispute or integrity investigation. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the member's account balance.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. bktk uses automated systems to suspend and reopen markets during live events. Bets placed during a market suspension will not be accepted. bktk does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without prior notice.

6. Casino and Slots

bktk Casino and the bktk Slots section are governed by the general Terms set out in this document as well as the specific rules of each individual game as published by the relevant game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). In the event of a conflict between the platform-level Terms and individual game rules, the game provider's rules take precedence for game-outcome disputes.

All casino and slots games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by certified studios. bktk does not alter or interfere with the outcome of any game.

Malfunctions in any game — including software errors, disconnections, or display anomalies — void all pays and plays affected by the malfunction. Where a malfunction results in an incorrectly displayed win, the correct outcome will be determined from the game server logs, which are the authoritative record in all disputes.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bktk may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing members. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as indicated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements and eligible games or markets are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per member, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• bktk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of technical errors, will be forfeited and the relevant account(s) will be subject to suspension.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from free bet stakes may be converted to real-money funds, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

bktk does not offer any form of credit to members. All wagers must be funded from existing real-money account balances or qualifying bonus balances. Negative account balances are not permitted.

8. Account Security

Members are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their bktk account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with the account. bktk strongly recommends that members use a unique, complex password that is not used for any other online service.

Members must not share their account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. bktk will not be held liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from a member sharing their credentials or from a failure to maintain adequate security practices on the member's own devices.

If a member suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact bktk customer support immediately at [email protected]. bktk will suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving a credible report of unauthorised access.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bktk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund an account.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial profit.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Making any false, misleading, or fraudulent representation to bktk staff or in account documentation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the bktk platform.

bktk reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether any conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibited conduct provisions. Such determinations are final and binding.

10. Responsible Gaming

bktk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all members. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help members maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account settings area following login.

Self-exclusion requests, once activated, cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected by the member. Members who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing their bktk account and from creating new accounts for the duration of the exclusion period. bktk will take reasonable technical steps to prevent self-excluded members from accessing the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bktk's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including but not limited to liability arising from the use or inability to use the platform, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to bktk in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bktk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not bktk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bktk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bktk's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party provider outages, natural disasters, or governmental actions) may temporarily affect platform availability. bktk shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a member as a result of such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bktk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bktk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bktk will provide notice to registered members via the email address or contact number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the bktk platform, no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the bktk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a member does not agree with any amendment, they may close their account prior to the effective date of the change by contacting bktk customer support. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the member's registered payment method upon account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bktk operates as an online platform and takes compliance with its stated policies and member agreements seriously in all jurisdictions in which it accepts players.

Any dispute arising between a member and bktk that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bktk's customer support team shall be subject to formal dispute resolution procedures as communicated by bktk upon escalation. bktk's decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms in specific cases are final and binding, subject to any rights a member may have under applicable consumer protection law.
